Biathlon Practice
For those interested in Cadet Biathlon for the 2023-2024 Season, please note that the first practice will be held this Saturday, November 18th from 10-11:45 at the Nepean Sportsplex. Cadets are to meet and will be picked up at the back entrance to Hall A/B (where cadets usually meet for a training night).
Must haves:
- Health care card
- Indoor running shoes
- Water bottle
- Appropriate workout clothes (sweats, shorts, t-shirt)
- Be prepared to provide/verify emergency contact information
Marksmanship Practice
This is an open practice session for all cadets interested in the Marksmanship program. No meals provided at this activity. Plan accordingly. This will take place at the Manotick Legion on Sunday Nov 19th @1500-1900(3:00pm-7:00pm). Cadets must wear closed two shoes an appropriate civilian clothing for range. To sign-up for this activity cadets must complete this form. Due to capacity limits cadets will be informed if they can participate in this activity.
